BEYOND ADHD Medication & Therapy:
Build Habits That Heal
Tried ADHD Medication, Therapy, or CBT
But Still Feel Stuck?
Many adults with ADHD or autism try medication, therapy, or CBT to manage daily challenges — yet still find themselves procrastinating, battling impulsive habits, feeling burned out, or stuck in patterns that whisper, “you’re never good enough.” Even with the best intentions, you may feel scattered, overwhelmed, or caught in the same self-sabotaging cycles — wondering why nothing seems to stick.
If that sounds like you — you’re not alone.

And it’s not because you’re lazy, undisciplined, or doing something wrong.
Most systems aren’t built for neuro differences minds. They treat surface symptoms — but not the deeper emotional wiring, patterns, or beliefs that shape your daily behaviour.
Understanding this is the first step toward real change.
You haven’t failed. You just haven’t been shown a method that fits you — yet.
Meet ‘Habits That Heal’
A coaching path designed for you
I’m Caroline, an ADHD and addiction recovery coach.
I created Habits That Heal because I know how frustrating it is to feel like you’ve tried everything — ADHD medication, CBT, therapy — yet still get pulled back into the same habits that sabotage your progress.
This coaching program is different. It’s not about pushing you to work harder, mask better, or force routines that don’t fit your neurodivergent mind.
1
Unmask hidden beliefs and subconscious patterns
that drive procrastination, impulsive habits, or burnout.
2
Break free from “detour goals”
– chasing quick fixes or external approval – and replace
them with habits that honour your true self.
3
Manage executive dysfunction and emotional dysregulation
with practical tools, not just
theory
4
Build routines and daily structures
that feel supportive, realistic, and sustainable — even
when life gets messy.
5
Recover your sense of identity and self-trust,
so you’re not just surviving, but genuinely living a life that feels like yours.
If you’ve ever wondered why you can’t stick to healthy routines, why burnout keeps returning, or why self-sabotage always seems to creep back in — you’re exactly who I created this for.
Habits That Heal is your safe space to unlearn shame, rebuild self-compassion, and finally build habits that work with your mind, not against it.
This isn’t just about Productivity
It’s about coming home to yourself
Most treatment focuses on controlling symptoms.
This coaching goes deeper — addressing the core beliefs and emotional triggers that drive selfsabotage, addiction, burnout, and the feeling of being overwhelmed.
Through “Habits That Heal,” you’ll learn to:
Understand how ADHD, autism, and addiction patterns overlap
Disrupt cycles of masking and burnout
Rebuild your self-worth through aligned habits
Manage executive dysfunction and emotional regulation
Design a life that feels like yours — not like you’re always chasing it

Why I created this course?
How my own story became the foundation for this course
After years as an Associate Professor, I kept chasing what I now call ‘detour goals’ — degrees, accolades, the next big achievement — hoping it would finally make me feel worthy. It never did.
Beneath the busy life, I was exhausted, masking my struggles, and quietly burning out. That burnout became my wake-up call and led to my ADHD diagnosis — the piece that made my story finally make sense.

Following my academic work, I now focus on coaching adults with ADHD, particularly those experiencing addictive or compulsive behaviours. My earlier professional experience includes work in probation, addiction recovery, and homelessness. Some people I have worked with were high achievers.Others felt they could barely keep up. All shared the same hidden battles: impulsivity, overwhelm, shame, and the feeling of being ‘too much’ or ‘never enough.’
Today, I help neurodivergent adults find freedom from that cycle. My coaching isn’t just about breaking an addiction — it’s about recovering from the lifelong patterns that keep you stuck, burned out, or disconnected from who you really are. I know how heavy that feels — and I promise, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Frequently
asked questions
Does coaching replace therapy or medication?
No — coaching isn’t meant to replace therapy or medical treatment for ADHD, autism, or addiction recovery. Think of it as a practical, real-life bridge between therapy sessions and daily life. A recovery coach or ADHD coach helps you apply what you’ve learned, build routines that fit your neuro different mind, and stay accountable while you create habits that heal and last.
